Pre-Divorce Financial Package: 5 months/$1700

  • Save Money: I’ll draft your financial disclosure documents to help you avoid expensive attorney fees and streamline this part of the process.
  • Know Where You Stand: We’ll look at your current finances, lifestyle, and priorities to understand what to expect if you proceed with the divorce process.
  • Make a Road Map: We’ll create a custom strategy to reach your best outcomes during the negotiation or mediation, whether you’re working with an attorney or pro se. We’ll also talk about what you’re entitled to and what you might need to pay (alimony, retirement, child support, etc.).
  • Don’t Leave Money on the Table: I’ll help you better understand the in’s and out’s of divorce. We’ll cover financial questions to ask your attorney, what their answers mean, and how to cost-effectively utilize your legal representation.

  • Stay in the Loop: I’ll coordinate with attorneys and mediators on your finances so they know where you stand throughout the entire process.
  • Save Time & Money: With my financial expertise, we’ll work to streamline your mediations and the divorce process as a whole.

For Couples: $200/hour

  • Get Started: I’ll help you consider all aspects of your divorce and strategize your optimal financial outcomes.

The effects of divorce are long-lasting, so I also offer Post-Divorce financial planning through Cairn Financial Advisors, LLC. Even if we didn’t work together during your divorce, I’ll help you get back on track towards your optimal financial future.

  • Post-Divorce Back-On-Track Package: 6 months/$2000
  • Comprehensive Financial Planning & Investment Management Rate: One percent (1%) of assets under management (AUM), with a minimum AUM of $300,000.
